    Calculating Crafting Cost

I know its a little confusing for items that create more than one item but I want to make sure I have matching pricing sources for different components (if need be).

In the below screenshot crafting a Feast of Waters is a 158 gold loss. But we know this is incorrect because of the variable amount of feasts you will actually receive. When looking at this I noticed that the crafting costs don't quit line up. My tooltip says 10 Sea Scorpion Segment are 57g. On my AH there are a lot of ones for below that number, the cheapest being 41.5 for 10. Are there different sources here for the tooltip vs. crafting cost that I have miss aligned somewhere?

I use the TSM app and did a GetAll (just to be sure).

I'm not sure about the issue with the crafting value not reporting correctly for the amount of the item that gets crafted but I know the issue you describe regarding the mat prices can be fixed.

The problem you are having is because your default material cost setting is grabbing something that isn't the current dbminbuyout. What I currently use for pretty much all of my crafting is this min(vendorbuy, crafting, first(dbminbuyout, dbhistorical, dbmarket, DBGlobalSaleAvg, DBGlobalMarketAvg)) which will pretty much always return the lowest possible mat cost.
