A complex bug cannot be fixed until it is duplicated and well understood. For this reason, it's important that you clearly outline your workflow leading up to the bug in question, step-by-step. For example:
1. Click inbox -> New Message.
2. Enter any recipient.
3. Enter a message and hit send.
4. Immediately refresh the page.
5. The recipient receives mail containing an error log, not the intended message.
