Aren't most of the faction items JP/VP items now? Instead of gold? I was under the impression there's no JP/VP vendor for this expac and that you'd have to unlock them via rep. I could be wrong, but if this is the case they will almost certainly be disenchantable (not that it will be profitable/viable to farm crystals this way, just saying)
I don't have an answer to your question, I haven't gone beyond profession leveling in the beta. But if that is true, it would certainly make sense. In order to utilize an item like you have described, it would require 1) the person get appropriate rep to open the ability to purchase it and 2) they farm the JP/VP to actually buy it. Such a system would introduce a decent supply of enchanting materials into the market, but would have the limitation of how quickly someone could farm JP/VP (instead of an unlimited vendor item).Quote:

Not sure if this has been discussed elsewhere but the chat on sources of Sha crystals reminded me to post this and this seems like a good place. Heartsong will likely be in demand for all healers for the first few months (perhaps longer). Might be an idea to stock up on this. The cheap "healer" enchant is Windstorm which increases crit, haste or mastery by 1200 for 12s has a 1s icd and and a 1ppm off any melee special or non periodic heal. It's a throughput enchant. With the mana changes I'm inclined to be rolling Heartsong atleast for the first few weeks until I'm comfortable with the new model. Others may do the same.
Most of those doing the research to get an optimal cata enchant for the money, will probably just wait for a MoP one. They won't step into a raid without one if it's available. Not saying it isn't viable, but I expect the effect to be minimized.Quote:

Again, this was never answered... how would this leveling look for a Blood Elf with +Enchanting?
I am wondering the same, will Belfs have to get it to 610 or is just 600 enough?
