Originally this thread was set up to answer the question, "Which enchants should I be crafting for profit?" and it has lists of all the best selling enchants. Eventually though Reverb wrote a guide called How to Set Up Enchanting in TSM Like a Boss, which described how to use Trade Skill Master to craft all profitable enchanting scrolls to maximize profit. If that is what you are looking to do on your realm, I would suggest checking out that thread instead of this one.
To keep this thread updated for Mists of Pandaria, I have decided to keep the thread simple and divide it into two sections - MoP enchants and BoA gear enchants. If you don't want to be posting hundreds of enchants, use this list to determine which ones would be worth your time.

I can usually sell about one [Scroll of Enchant Gloves - Healing Power] a month at 500g, mats cost 100g.

Anyone have an idea of when it is worth it to buy these:
[Formula: Enchant Weapon - Power Torrent]
[Formula: Enchant Weapon - Landslide]
[Formula: Enchant Weapon - Windwalk]
Crystals are still a solid 1.5k+ on my server, and while I have people begging for Power Torrent (and not including the fact that I want it for myself) I just don't know if it could be at all profitable. I talked to one guy trying to find Power Torrent and he said he probably wouldn't tip more than 200g. And making scrolls for sale (I haven't seen any) ties up a ton of capital and can be really risky. It's not just the expense of having to buy them, only those with a lot of money can even afford to buy them, again severely limiting the market.

At the bottom of the page, it gives a list of mats, with their combined value, use that for your server.
I think the best path to take is to bark in trade. Its going to cost around 6.5k with crystals at 1.5k each. But you could try throwing one up on the ah and see what happens.

I remember hearing this on the JMTC meeting from this past Friday (25 FEB): You can DE the Cata DMF cards for Crystals. If that is indeed the case, then Earthquake cards are a great way to make crystals for nearly half price. I'm at work so I can't confirm if this is, in fact, the case (no Wowhead). Once I get home tonight I'll give it a shot and see what happens.
I'm still dipping my toe in the enchants market, so threads like this help me out a LOT!. Lil Sparky's helps too.
