I would also like to add:
- 180g | used for some twink gear. Reagent for
- 80g | Heirloom enchant mat. 8 total needed for and
- 70g (ea) | The raw ore. Yes, there's epic gems, but they're also coveted for...
- 200g | 10 Powders for 1 Dalaran Jewelcrafting Token, and turn-in is unlimited. (coughwrathepics=noilvlimitcough)
240g (stack) | Once in a blue moon supply dries up, enchanters need to level, and higher level twinks want their enchants.
- 5g (ea) | early alchemy leveling. I flip these.
Note: These are Malygos(H) figures

Regarding the Eternal Essences (and thus, Illusion Dust and Brilliant Shards), I have found it very useful to use a Auctionator shopping list to look for items between level 51 and 60, that can be disenchanted into these materials and excludes TBC items, which disenchant into the lower valued Arcane Dust etc.
The shopping list looks like this;
Hope it helps!
This is re-posted from another thread as I think it makes more sense here...
I've had various amounts of success screwing with the truesilver bar market since truesilver is a rare ore spawn, and alchemists don't bother transmuting it since it's not profitable, and to further discourage them, I think it still has a cooldown. Basically, I would slowly build up a stock of truesilver bars when I saw them really cheap. Then, if I ever noticed the auction house with just a few bars/stacks for sale, I'd buy them all up and then list a bunch at varying extremely high prices in varying stack sizes. Then I'd immediately undercut myself from another account with single bars priced much less, but still WAYYYYYY over normal market value. Using this strategy, I've managed to sell individual bars for up to $20 EACH.
I'm pretty sure that Truesilver is still required as part of leveling Jewelcrafting and possibly Blacksmithing as well, so if you get bars listed at a high price when someone is itching to level their profession, you can cash in.
I heavily suggest removing "Primal Might" from the list due to the changes in the Transmutation Master Questline - MMO-Champion - Alchemy Specialization Cost Increase, Deathwing Event, Blue Posts, MMO-Report
Man does this work. I saw that someone was buying up all my leather. So I cancelled my thick and rugged leather before he could buy them. Bought all the other stacks up and sold them for almost 80g for thick leather, and 115g for rugged leather. Look out for when someone is power leveling their professions.
