TSM crafting not recognising item value or profit

On some items (specifically: some low level weapon and gloves enchants, jewelcrafting mounts and pets, cut mop meta gems) i have this problem:
    1. I have ticked them on from Crafts window,
    2. I have made auctioning groups via:
/tsm-->Crafting (profession, enchanting etc)-->crafts-->(categories like red gems, weapon enchants etc)-->create auctioning groups
    3. I have set prices and other options for these groups
    4. I have set unknown profit queueing to: set crafted item cost to auctioning fallback

Still TSM doesn't recognise item value or profit for these items on craft management window, just shows ---- ---- for them.
I have checked many times that correct items are in their correct auctioning groups.
At least on some cases this will not queue item with restock queue, but on some cases it queues.
I have had this bug for a while.

Clear your Crafting queue and then queue up just one of the items. Look at the materials list at the bottom and see what material is missing a cost.

    Thanks I didn't realize that.
I set custom price for those items that didn't have value, and now it queues them just fine.

This might be a little off topic, but what should I do now? Those items I had to make custom price aren't on AH on my backwater realm, should I just make shopping list for them, and when they appear on AH, change Price Source back to Auction House from Materials menu?
