Any easy way to share/maintain TSM setups across multiple accounts.

Just wondering if I have missed something simple to help my keep the same setups for TSM across 3 WoW accounts.

You could pick one master realm and use a symbolic link or something to point every other account's group configuration files at the master realm

am leaning towards something like that. Maybe just for the TSM files, only problem there is that a lot of the time i am running 3 clients.

Just have the link for like TradeSkillMaster_Auctioning and it'll work the same way if you'd spawn multiple copies of the same installation, everytime you shut down a client it saves to the last client you close is the file that is loaded next time. I hope I'm explaining that right

In Windows 7 (and now 8), I use junctions to point all of my SavedVariables folders to one. All of my accounts share the same SavedVariables folder. Works fine as long as I don't sign onto more than one account at one time. An example of when I would sign on two accounts is when I'm moving items through the neutral AH.
For normal day to day stuff, having all my accounts use one SavedVariables folder is great. All of my addons (not just TSM) that use global SavedVariables use the same settings. For example: I only have to setup AdiBags for one account and those settings are used for all accounts.

I use a script to switch from using junctions to using normal folders and vice versa.

Unless you understand how junctions work, I would not recommend doing this. You will lose data when you first start using junctions so you must use TSM's internal merge before starting to use junctions. You will lose changes to one account if you log onto more than one at the same time.

I've been using junctions for over 6 months. The only real problem is when I multibox. If you don't multibox, junctions work great.

yup, i use it for my multiboxing for my data/interface folders. no use to me for tsm as i always have multiple characters logged in at a time.

was hoping of some sort of easy sharing system that i missed. maybe i can look into merging the luas or using the application backup/restore somehow.
