Error when in the Tiller Area

I have been getting the following error sometimes when getting the daily quests at the Tillers. I have checked and have all the most recent builds so not sure what is causing the issue. Thank you for any suggestions and thanks a ton for the work you have done on this project. It is phenomenal!
