Please post your steps to TradeSkillMaster_Crafting for Glyphs

Ok, I know about Faid's videos and TSM FAQ page.
But I would love to have a thread about the intricacy of the Crafting addon.
I think for me of all the addon's its the least easy for me to explain to someone how to use it.
I would like to learn it on level where I could teach it if I had to an accounting software class.

I understand the concept of install it, try it , tweak it, play with it...but that to me is not teaching.
Its not a step by step how to use it, or spoon feeding as some people say.

I would like to focus on Glyphs because Glyphs are really where an addon is needed most to combat others on the auction house.

TSM crafting, takes into the account the concept of profit, revenue and cost.
What are your most important tips to TSM crafting?
Whare are the most important things to understand in TSM crafting as you set things up?
What was your *lightbulb* moment in TSM crafting where it made sense?
What was your sticking points to understanding the settings?
What if you just wanted to create one of every glyph?
What if you have a second account that does not have a crafter on it?

Thanks , I really appreciate your help, because I have two computers and an iphone application. I believe because I have multiple ways to open my mailbox and collect gold, that I have ruined my database for sales.

Meaning because I play on multiple computers and an iphone, that my TSM crafter is confused, the sales do not correspond correctly.
If I have TSM set up on my computer and laptop they both produce different glyphs to craft because of the stored data.

If you want accounting to track your sales properly make sure you never "collect gold" from the mobile auction house as TSM will not see those sales

Honestly i Have always just used napkin math and it works out pretty well for me. I figure out what my cost is for ink, then set a minimum price in tsm that i wont go under. If the price of glyphs is below my floor tsm simply resets them at my fallback price, so they arent clogging up my bags (the price to post glyphs is nothing)
In my mind if someone wants to sell glyphs for a 1g profit they can, not worth my time.
I have always set the minimum profit to 0 in tsm, since my costs are less than tsm estimates them to be. I think you can manually set your costs for materials but ive never done that.

You could also set your own material costs in the Materials section. But I can see this being a shortcut with all the various inks that would need to be updated.
