Is there any way to make TSM crafting to enable perfect gem cuts so that it would make them and buy mats for them if it is profitable? If there isn't, it should be implemented because it would be big improvement for many Jewelcrafters out there.

I'd rather prefer TSM to compare, which is profitable, the perfect cut or the rare cut, in a tooltip for gems (near the crafting cost). Of course, it can be done with the help of TUJ, but for me, it's annoying, since my gems are in Russian and TUJ is in English =)
I really wish it was possible to get TSM to treat perfect cuts as the same thing as the rare cuts.
If it were possible short of hard-coding everything, we would do it. Unfortunately Blizzard doesn't allow addons any way of getting this info. In the long term, we do have plans for features which would make this problem moot. Nothing definitive yet though (nor coming any time soon).

These would be possible to tick on/off from TSM Crafting Jewelcrafting (one that is opened with /tsm and clicking on tab at bottom of window) just like other gem cuts are.
Lets assume Perfect cuts are going for 100g ea, uncut green gems are 5g ea and there is 10% change to proc perfect cut, cutting gems would be profitable. TSM would then add these gems to TSM Crafting Jewelcrafting (the one that is opened by clicking normal jewelcrafting and clicking "open TSM crafting" on top of that window)
