When 5.0.4 hit, I've constantly been having issues with my glyph/talent interface.
What usually happened was that when I tried changing one my glyphs or talents by using dust or a tome, nothing at all would happen.
What I mean is that, when I right click one of my talents or glyphs, I get the pop up asking me if I'm sure, and that it'll cost one tome of clear mind.
Usually clicking OK would cause that glyph or talent to be removed, and then you can choose a new one.
For me, however, confirming would do nothing at all. The talent or glyph would still be there and not have been removed. No tomes were consumed either.
Reloading my UI usually fixed the issue, and I could proceed with either action just fine. But, later on, if I were to do it again, same issue occured.
I suspected it was an addon, but was never quite sure which one.
Since updating TSM to the latest version, I'm almost sure it's TSM causing the issue. Why? Well, whenever I get that confirmation popup, and I accept the talent or glyph removal, another popup takes it's place, with the following message:
TradeSkillMaster has been blocked from an action only available in the Blizzard UI. You can disable this addon and reload the UI. [Disable] [Ignore]
Clicking Ignore will do nothing. TSM remains enabled, however, I'm still not able to remove glyphs or talents.
Clicking Disable will reload my UI, disabling TSM in the process. I'm then able to remove talents and glyphs normally... but now I have to re enable TSM.
Any assistance with this issue?
Also, I'm not sure if it's TSM doing it, or another addon, but. I'm having another annoying issue lately.
Data for quests and items from the server are being updated VERY slowly.
When ever I loot a corpse that has an item in it that's not already cached, it literally takes a minute before I even see the loot table pop up.
Initially, I had no idea why, but I observed something else that makes a little more sense...
Sometimes I get an item spawned in my bags that also hasn't been cached locally yet, such as a quest item... what happens is that I can see the item icon in my bag, but mousing over it says "Retrieving Item Information"
It hangs there for about a minute until finally the information is updated and I can see the tooltip as normal.
The same delay occurs when accepting quests. My map will show the circled number quest icons, but mousing over them will show partial information, such as 0/3, when really it should be saying something like 0/3 Collected Fur.
It's partial information, then after a minute, the info is all there.
Again, don't know if this is also TSM causing this data delay, or it's another issue. But I'm almost certain now it's TSM messing with my glyphs and talents.
