its been like this since yesterday though, updating many times but no new data.

What's the current "last download" and "next time" say? What version of the app do you have?

on the setup tab - remove your server and re-add this will force an update.
If that doesn't work - "Reset Application settings" on the setup tab

I am aware of an issue that after realm maintenance the AuctionDB update gets stuck - i am looking in to this

Hi I installed the desktop app, R42, but it's been stuck on Fetching realm list for about an hour now. In debug logging I get:

Some times the api doesn't respond when it should.

Restart the app it should fetch again

After a couple of restarts it is fetching the realm list like it should (I suppose). Got it set up now Woot!

windows / mac ? which version e.g. if windows is it 7 home / pro / ultimate ?

have you tried unchecking "run at startup" then re-checking ?

I am unable to download either the Mac or Windows version from http://www.tradeskillmaster.com/tsm_download by clicking the download links. I get the following error when I click on either download link:
