New Design - Now Released!

After weeks of work, I've finally finished updating the main TSM window and the AH tab with the new design. This new design came as a result of the recent TSM design content. In order to keep this post relatively short, I'll spare all the gory details. Instead, here's the answer to some questions / issues you may have.


Can I tweak this new design at all? Are there other design options?

I'm getting errors with the new version! It's not working! Help!
Please try the following (in order) before making a post.

• Make sure you've completely restarted WoW since updating.
• Try restarting wow again. Seriously, I can only imagine the wrath of errors you will get if you update without restarting.
• Still having issues? Take a deep breath. We're here to help. Post a reply with a detailed description of what's not behaving as expected, any relevant error messages (not directly in your response - copy paste the entire error into a pastebin and post the link instead), and all applicable screenshots. Remember, this is an alpha version, it's not guaranteed to work perfectly (nor is any free software), but we want to get these errors fixed ASAP.

Some things still have the old design.
So far I've only updated the main TSM window and the AH tab. There are still some frames (ie Crafting, Warehousing, etc) which use the old design. Those will be updated in the near future.

The light! It's blinding!
Check out some of the darker themes which are included as preset imports (see the first question above) if you're not a fan of the brightness.

I am aware that the Crafting frame (and probably others that haven't been updated) has a white background and am working to restore it back to blue until I have time to completely update it.

It seems to be working seamlessly here. The saved searches search appears to be unable to search all the lists at once anymore, a custom cancel search does not list categories alphabetically and the white theme is indeed a bit of an uncomfortable change at first.

Absolutely ADORE this! I find the font sometimes a little difficult to read, though, but I'm not sure if that's ElvUI interfering. Otherwise, so far so good.

Please create a color theme very similar to the old one. To be honest, the new color scheme is giving me a headache. I've tried changing it but then I can't read the words. The words are hard to read with the new color scheme as well.

I only got to play with the new alphas a few minutes before work, doing my usual cancel/repost of things that were undercut overnight. So far, I love it! It just seems far more responsive and quicker in opening, canceling, and reposting. The layout, font changes, very easy to read (except for the obvious you've noted and are aware of) and find things so far, even when I was only half paying attention and getting ready for work.

The only dislike, yes, is all the white, but I'll be patient and wait for your theme updates. Excellent update!

Yea that's a conflict with ElvUI. Had the same issue with the old color scheme too with the Accounting tabs. Not much I can do about that on my end unfortunately.

if you use ElvUI - go into its options and under skinning disable Ace3 - that will sort out the conflict with TSM
