TUJ Realm Edition: question on updating in game

Hello, and thank you so much for this amazing tool!

I have one question that I can't seem to find the answer to on the forums, I'm sorry if it was already posted..I looked

We get 10 downloads of the addon per 24hr period, and I read the thread on using the windows task manager to make it happen automatically. But my question is..whether I do it manually or automated...do I have to exit wow completely and then restart wow for the data to update in-game? Or is it as simple as a /reload like TSM's auto updater?
