    Glad to see everyone is still sticking with it, good job guys.

    I've just started Kris Gethin's 12 Week Hardcore Transformation Program which is what I followed initially when I started bodybuilding to help teach me the workout routines and give me useful information. Of course since I was new I didn't ever follow it fully but now I feel confident enough to start it up again 100% to the end, and follow it by the letter.

    I've started up a little 'fitness blog' which will basically just be how I track my progress in it, let others see how I'm doing and basically stay accountable (kind of like how we have been doing in this thread here).

    So after expressing interest and then forgetting about this alltogether (derp), I did the intitial test again yesterday.

    As expected I'm about as fit as a bag of potatoes - I managed six but the sixth didn't feel that good (the form was off) so i'm just counting myself in the upper left-most category. I'll count today as day one and do my sets tonight, but for wednesday I'll try to do them in the morning for the reasons stated earlier in the thread.
    The M/W/F model seems nice and regular to follow.

    Okay, today i finally felt like doing pushups again.

    Week 2 Day 1 - 4-6-4-4-10!!!
    I did 4!! in my initial test (thats 3 weeks ago, one week off due to being sick)
    I like where this is going!

    Hey!
    How are you guys progressing??

    I've done the exhaustion test after week 2 today, and i managed 22, which puts me into the second column. I cannot believe it, because when i started, i was only able to do 4!

    Just started 4th week, looks like im going to repeat this week 2 times. Im not in a good shape, i dont eat correctly and i have belly, but i feel stronger since i started. Thanks Sinshroud for a cool program.
    Btw there is a similar website called 2 hundred sit-ups, which i might try as well, cause im too lazy to go to the gym:P

    You are welcome taro, glad to see people are still busy doing it!

    I'm still making excellent progress in my new 12 week transformation trainer that I mentioned in a post further up. Had to stop the push up program though because it was getting too intense to be done side-by-side with my other workout plan.

    Once I'm done with these 12 weeks I will definitely be starting up the push up challenge again, perhaps by then I will be able to do 100 anyways :P

    Hi everyone.

    I'm almost 16 y.o. and I'll start doing this program soon. I've been doing pushups for some months, just to keep in shape, but never followed any program, so lets see how it goes
    Doing the initial test in a moment.

    That's pretty good man, I will be interested to see how you progress at a younger age compared to most of us. I assume you are in a pretty good shape too?

    Ok, I decided to take up this challenge now too. May eventually work in he squat and situp one mentioned on the site as well. Took my initial test this weekend and pushed out about 32 pushups, not bad for a 39 year old! So I will be starting with week three in the third column. I used to workout a lot way back, but it had been years since I have really tried anything again.
