Young or old, we all love gold!

I was wondering what the average age of AH players is? Are there any pensioners here or what about teenagers? Somehow, I find it difficult to visualize a thirteen year old managing a huge fortune and ruling the AH, and pensioners don't come to mind either.

I'm not asking anyone to reveal their age (I'm 38) but are there any really young or old tycoons?

Imagine you were elderly and retired - you'd have time to sit on the AH all day undercutting and formulating amazing strategies, never having to worry about work or other irritants and only taking a break to to make a nice cup of cocoa and stroke the cat.

EDIT: The above description also applies to students.

You seem to have quite a limited retirement plan. The cocoa sounds nice but cats aren't usually too cooperative at the best of times...If you ever wondered why dogs chase cats, it's because cats are always laughing at them when the dogs do all their fancy tricks.
People often think dogs can smell the cats or somehow see them hiding in the bush even though you can't but i can swear when i let my dog out the other night i heard this little voice mockingly say "fetch me some slippers boy" just before my dog ran off shouting "SLIPPERS! i'll fetch you and turn you into a pair of slippers!!".

A much better plan is to have some grandchildren and sit back with your cocoa while you teach them how to play the game. "see all those wolves, to win you have to kill them all and skin them as fast as possible to win".

You've discovered my plan! Why wait for grandchildren? I have a 3 year old boy and another on the way due in February! Just imagine it!

"See these sweets son? They're yours if you just click the mouse on those green blobs called ores for the next hour - it's called prospecting. It's what big boys like to do, and you're a big boy now - you're almost five.......and make sure your little brother is watching as he needs to learn how to hold the mouse when you get tired."

I'm 35 and I have a young one as well. He'll be 3 in February. My wife will not let him anywhere near WoW, however.
