There used to be a guy who would show up on my server every month or so, posting HUNDREDS of Epics at very cheap prices. A few times, I would notice the trend before his major posts, strike a deal with him, buy up a lot of his inventory (at the time I couldn't afford all of it, dammit..), then resell for insane profits. He claimed he would server transfer, but he wouldn't tell me from where. He went under the name Epicshoppe, or Epicboutique. His Epicboutique ID still exists on my server today, but I haven't seen him on since pre-Cataclysm.
Anyone heard of this guy?

Looks like just the one epicboutique on Drenden. I tried "epic*" in the search field, but it only returned the 207 clever folk who choose the exact name "epic". Does anyone know how to run an open-ended search on the armory? I also tried epicshoppe, and epicshop, but they didn't return anything and my brain started to hurt from thinking of all the retail-themed, epic-based name combinations.Like what you see? I don't believe the armory does partial searching... which is dumb. I have tried to find a way to do it in the past and eventually just gave up.

yeah, but part of @Namssob 's question was whether he was actually hopping around between different servers. I couldn't offer any more help on that.

I already know that the Epicboutique that Aeg found is the guy I was asking about. My question is what Kathro said - does anyone ELSE know this guy, does anyone else see him hopping around anywhere? His claim (at the time) was that he had over 1mil in gold (which would not have surprised me), and he would buy epics on one high pop server with "world first" type guilds, so the epics were cheap....then xfer and sell them on my medium to low pop server.
