What do you mean you can't download data for your realm? What version of the app do you have? How are you trying to download data? What exactly do you expect it to do and what's it doing instead?

Drethic's reply that you quoted was saying that the app may de-auth you, not that de-auth'ing and re-authing would fix any problems.

according to the debug you posted the app failed to download the auction info from blizzard.

Try restarting the app to see if it resolves it, if not try resetting application settings

updating the app will not clear your auction data....

you must manually download r42 from here and i suggest you do it asap as there were some core bug fixes

Because of the change in the download/update protocols you will have to manually download it. See the above quote for the link.
