Materials list (override) and profiles -- how is it supposed to work?

I'm stumped. I can't tell if it it is a bug, a feature or a freak occurrence.

I've read the guides here, at JMTC, Power Word: Gold and other places and have been using TSM for near two months now without noticing this ... issue.

    Points to note:
    - Other addons I use that affects AH/professions are Skillet, Auctionator and Auctioneer.
    - I use the same profile across all chars for auctioning groups and crafting (called MyOwn).
    - This is on my enchanter/scribe.
    - This is my Enchanting material list ... with inks and pigments listed as well.
    - I have all my common inks overridden to 10g under Inscription's list. IotS is here changed to 4.86. When I check Inscription's list, it says 10g.
    - Sometimes, my volatiles overridden prices become non-overridden. I've been seeing a similar trend across all my professions. This is related, so I figured I would add it, though I don't have a screenie.

I didn't want to post a ticket for it as I'm not sure if it's me and my profiling causing it or not.

Thanks for any help you can give me

Edit: I deleted everything two days ago to go back from alpha to beta as I thought that was causing troubles ... appears not though. Urgh.

Just now ... I did a force rescan of enchanting ... and it reset my prices to 5g on anything I had chosen to override, but the inks and pigments are gone at least. I'm really confused
