Sometimes, you get the ignorant fool that thinks they know something you don't, tossing ALL CAPS RANTS in your face about how your prices are outrageous (when really, they may actually be below average.)
I've been on a roll this week with my sales, so it's been an over all good week. Most people who have contacted me about my wares have been polite and understanding, even when I turn down their offers. Yea, there may have been the one or two people who just seemed ignorant about my product, but they didn't go out of their way to call me a fool. Until today.
It's these sort of people who really tick me off, but I don't lose my cool. Rather, I slap a bunch of confidence-boosted knowledge in their faces to not only shut them down and let them know who they are dealing with, but to put them in their place and make them think twice before they shove this attitude in someone else's face later on.
Remember. Don't make yourself out to be a complete dick. Stay calm and composed, and armed with sources and proof. You don't want the person spreading bad rep about you. Typically, you want to just ignore the situation, but if you feel the need to respond to a nasty person, like I did, this is how you do it properly IMHO:
"There is a time for politeness and there is a time when you are obligated to be rude, as rude as you have to be to stop such pollution of young minds in its tracks with a quick, unignorable shock." -Daniel Dennett
