E.g., don't fail to get it and then go buy a thousand stacks of GIO/GT/SL - you will have to go through the mail to get the item before you can get your 8% bonus. I lot of things you can use mail as storage for, this is not one of them

This is where TSM_Mailing and Postal come in to save the day while you go get a cup of coffee.

1. Empty out your bags
2. Set up tsm mailing to send whatever item you bought a bunch of too an alt
3.Fill Bags
4. One Click send everything to alt
5.Repeat
6.????????
7.Get on alt and return packages (easy since they are 12 to a package)
8.Profit

As a side note i do this regularly anyway, to clear out mailbox room, ive gotten burned before where some auctions expired before i bought a whole stock of herbs, forgot about them, then tsm had me recraft them all.

^ Yup, I do it regularly to consolidate space until I can process. Did it for 2000+ bits of AH won item mail just yesterday.

Empty out my bags? How would one accomplish such a magic tick? My bags are never not full.

Sometimes you just gotta purge. Before i server transfered i said screw it. i moved all my current gear aside, put my transmog in void storage. I literally vendored everything else. Sometimes when bag sizes get so big you cant find anything. I figure if i havent used/though of it in a yr i dont need it.

That is a mantra i have been repeating to myself over and over this time around. I am a packrat and save everything for a rainy day that never comes. Raw mats, vanity items, etc. Hell i still have a full stack of Noth's Special Brew because it is the only thing that restores Runic Power and "i might need it one day".
