He then starts getting rather friendly and and 'discretely' digging for info. He didn't get much of use from me but i found out he is probably new to selling glyphs, is likely not very rich and certainly didn't prepare for the change to the glyph trader as he was already relying on buying low level herbs. And definitely had more ambition than ability.

Worst part is that you could have been totally bluffing when you said you had .5m gold. Definitely not over-fierce competition!

I got a lot people entering the glyphmarket 3-4 weeks after 4.0.1 changes on my server - but after 4.0.3a they are totally gone. A lot of people try entering the market, but don’t realise what they are up against
My 2 most active competitors haven’t done much the last 3-4 days, so with the cross faction trading I have done with [Recipe: Savory Deviate Delight] I have just had one of the most profitable weekends ever.
I picked up all money from AH before I went to bed last night, and woke up to 4.412G from 73 glyphsales. That’s ok sale from 11pm to 8 am – but the best part is that, the lack of competition are giving me higher and higher prices for my glyphs. Average of 60,4G per glyph is a VERY VERY good price.
A player contacted me last night, and started to ask test question like "where is NAXX" to check if I was a "real player" or a bot.. I take that as a compliment.
