A Guide To Efficiently using CKS - Using Encantrix, Dumpster and TSM

This is a guide to help players use the Consortium Key Sender in combination with the Enchantrix, Dumpster and TSM addons to increase the effiency of Crafting/Milling/Prospecting. (Warning use the CKS at your own risk as detail in Pliaksi'sGuide)

    Prerequisite
    In-Game Setup

Once you have both addons and CKS installed its time to move into the game. (Note leave CKS paused untill everythign is setup in-game to stop any unwanted errors arising)

Once logged into WoW you need to setup Enchantrix to automaticly detect items for Milling/Prospecting/Disenchanting. I made a video a while ago that will help with this, and also give you the 1st of the useful macros we will need during this guide. The video is a little bit out of date and you don't need the beta version as it says.

    Enchantrix Macro:
    Code:
    /click AutoDEPromptYes
    Dumpster macros:
There are multiple macros needed to use dumpster effectively, ive listed the ones i use below but simply subsititute the names of other herbs/ores/gems where appropriate for your own use.

Dumpster allows you to mass "dump" items into our out of your bank or guild bank. It works by inputting either "/din" meaning Dump into, or "/dout" menaing dump out of. Using dumpster commands you can dump all items with a partial name, or a specific number of stacks.

    Milling Macros

    Herb Macro
(you can change the number to a higher one for general use, but for use with CKS I wouldn't advise it)
    Code:
    /dout Azshara's Veil 1
    /dout Cinderbloom 1
    /dout Heartblossom 1
    /dout Stormvine 1
    /dout Twilight jasmine 1
    /dout Whiptail 1
Pigment Macro (Works for every pigment)
    Code:
    /din Pigment

    Prospecting Macros
    Ore Macro
(you can change the number to a higher one for general use, but for use with CKS I wouldn't advise it)
    Code:
    /dout Elementium ore 1
    Cata Gems Macro
    Code:
    /din Carnelian
    /din Alacite
    /din Hessonite
    /din Jasper
    /din Nightstone
    /din Zephyrite
    /din Dream Emerald
    /din Ember Topaz
    /din Amberjewel
    /din Demonseye
    /din Inferno Ruby
    /din Ocean Sapphire

    TSM macros:
    Craft Next Macro
    Code:
    /click TSMCraftNextButton
(If someone can tell me a macro for the TSM auto Mail button at the mailbox then id love you as it would add even more functionality to this guide!)

    Using The macros...

    Prospecting/Milling

To use this guide effectively you will need alot of bank/guild bank space on the character who will be prospecting/milling.
fill your bank with the ore/herbs you wish to prospect/mill then put 10 stacks or so into your bag. You will then need to place the Enchantrix macro along side the prospecting or milling macros as appropriate.

Once the macros are in place (in this case keys 1,2 & 3), set-up CKS to send these keystrokes with a reasonable delay between presses
Enchanting Discussion and Popular Enchant Scrolls-cks-jpg

Now stand next to your open bank/Guild Bank, then on each interval, the CKS will instruct Enchantrix to Mill or prospect, whilst placing the resulting objects into the bank and taking more ore/herbs back out of the bank, allowing for greater quantities to be milled or prospected.

    Crafting
To use this set-up to craft, simply set-up a craft list in TSM, gather the materials, and place the TSM Craft Next Macro into the appropriate button slot and it will go through the crafting list step by step. I advise a reasonable interval between button presses for crafting however.(Warning this doesnt always work 100% and may freeze during the crafting que)

I hope this helps some players out and if there is any other uses/macros/addons that would make a great addition to this please let me know and I will add them accordingly.

PS - if the layout of the guide isnt quiet right let me kno, im always paranoid about these things but didn't have my usual proof reader available :P

Another usage (if only there was a /click command for the TSM Posting Window Button) would be to constantly check for undercutters and post auctions while doing other work on the computer. For someone with a large glyph stockpile in their bags and posting 1 auction at a time, this could be quite interesting (though lazy and might be accused of botting)

I could sort that out for ya with some tinkering maybe quietstrm07 leave it with me ill see what i can do

Is Dumpster running quickly/smoothly since the great guild bank breaking? Bankstack added throttling which has helped but it's still much slower than it used to be. Is Dumpster as fast as addons were before the breaking last month?

all guild bank addons seem to be slow, but if u mash it a few times it tends to work eventually

Hi, first post here, been creeping for a while though. I'm relatively new to all this, but I dove right into prospecting 1000's of ore a day. I was tired of bags getting full while crafting, and wanted a way to just auto mail everything, so, I have the solution you're looking for.

      Code:
      /script select(10, MailFrame:GetChildren()):Click();
      /script SendMailNameEditBox:ClearFocus();
I'll do a quick explaination if anyone cares. The automail button has no name, it's generated by lua code, so to reference it, we have to do it via it's parent. So, MaileFrame:GetChildren() will return a series of all the mailframes parents, the button happens to be #10. That's where select() comes in. And Click() is obvious.

The next line of code, clears the focus out of the recipient box, incase youre typing, or using a key sender (CKS, AHK) or whatever.

I actually don't use this macro anymore, I added those lines of code to an addon that just runs them every 10 seconds. So when I start a long crafting session, say 300 jasper rings or something, which takes like 10 minutes, I don't have to run a key sender or anything, so I know i'm totally legit, and it will just keep automailing all my stuff.

      Hope this helps.

Also, it's entirely possible that other addons may change the placement of the automail button, making it higher or lower than 10, so, that # may need to be tweaked in some cases.

If you have issues just lemme know, I'll try to find a fix.

Guys - I'm using Dumpster trying to transfer items in brackets into and out of my bags - for example
      /dout Cat Carrier (Orange Tabby)
It seems like Dumpster doesn't like or understand the brackets...is there a workaround for this?
      Cheers..

      Try /dout Orange Tabby
