• The Wind Traders Growing Strong, Partnership With JMTC

It's full steam ahead here at The Consortium and I have some exciting news for everyone!

The Wind Traders are growing strong with the addition of several very distinguished members. I am pleased to announce that El from El's Extreme Anglin' has joined our ranks. If you haven't already done so, check our her site. And while you're at it, delete any bookmarks you may have to other fishing sites. Where fishing is concerned, El's Extreme Anglin' is the only resource you'll ever need (no, seriously). A big thanks to El for joining our cast. That was a necessary pun.

El is in fact a close relative to the famed Bob Izumi. See the resemblance? No?

You can reach El under the username Elen by PM.

Also joining the roster is Kaliope from Kaliope's WoW Crafting Blog. Kaliope is an investigative reporter for World of Warcraft tradeskills. She is constantly updating her blog with freshly-baked profession news from the beta server. Kaliope will be hanging out in the forums and will provide precious WoW beta professions insight.

And now... weighing in at 180 pounds of raw muscle, good looks and charm, the illustrious Markco from Just My Two Copper! Markco's site hosts a gold blog and a forum, both invaluable resources for any gold-making junkie. Markco recently contacted me and suggested a partnership between JMTC and The Consortium - an interesting proposition, to say the least. For now, JMTC and The Consortium will be cross-linking and collaborating through several channels. We'll be in touch with Markco and see what else could be done. I'm sure this relationship will evolve into much more. With the combined force of both parties, both sites will grow much stronger. Figuratively speaking, this is like teaming up two ninja turtles. Two ninja turtles whoop ass 3 times harder than a single ninja turtle.

If you have any suggestions concerning the above collaborative effort, we're listening.

Last but not least, we have ferocious WhiteWolf (apologies, I ran out of compliments). WhiteWolf is currently a moderator over at JMTC, where he spends his time feasting on the flesh of double-posters and forum trolls. This WoW millionaire brings several assets to the table here at the Consortium, and we're delighted to have him onboard.

And that's it for today's news folks! Over and out.

Good news indeed, I'm especially interested to see how the jmtc partnership goes as I'm currently on the fence as to whether that's a good idea or not. Either way, markco's a great guy and has been a big help in getting my blog to survive it's first 6 months!

From a common gold-maker's point of view (and long time follower of JMTC), it is very exciting to see the growing partnership between the two websites, because all in all, it is the same community. It is great to see unity amongst the entire wow gold-blogging community through sites like JMTC and Consortium.

Glad to hear this, although I'm coming to the party a little late - I've been a user of JMTC for a long time, and I think this is a good move - yay!
