Do you play on an US or EU realm?
Same thing is happening on the realms I play on. They are also selling mounts, Death Chargers and TCG.
They've been back in a big way on my server for the last week or so selling blood spirits and TCG mounts. Prices are still a little high on the mounts, compared to what they were pre-MoP. I may buy a few for myself this time around.
Thank God I had just unloaded the last TCG mount I've been sitting on.
Same thing happened last night, a duper trying to sell 100 blood spirit for 180K. Half then the going price on my realm, and I'm pretty sure that more then how much is currently listed on the AH.
like this post +rep.
Shameless Promotion..... too!

I got a duper to bring 60 to my realm then logged, it was beautiful!
Wish we could get some here, would be a nice profit machine. Wait... wtf.
Blizzard hasn't fixed these dupe exploits of mats since forever, amazing.
Some fixes are easy, some are hard, some are impossible. No fix happens until they are absolutely sure that the exploit is completely shut off. Generally Blizzard learns of methods either by the public rooting them out or by noticing a specific pattern of actions for players who are exhibiting certain signs. After a search of code to replicate the situation (exhaustive probably), they can isolate it and write a fix. Generally, no one is banned until the hole is found.
There's a good chance that the dupers have found a method that is widely unreported that they can exploit to great effect without notice.
