Thread: Possible way to export to Excel in non-english realms(CTGS)

I've been messing up with CTGS files, and i found, in www wamp folder, then data, that there are auction database files. This files have the followin format:

So I think it is possible, as Blackey did with the TUJ 2 CTGS converter, to create a CTGS Auction File to excel converter. Any volunteers?
