I'll help you. The two best professions right now for low maintenance and ease of exploitation - Alchemy and Enchanting. Both also offer decent bonuses should you wish to take advantage of them for other purposes (increased stats, the stone, rings).

I'm working on my 3rd character with this combination and have to say I'm very happy with the results, since they feed those with the use for the materials.

Dont be afraid to change specialization after what is profitable at the moment. Its only transmute spec that really cost anything (3 living steel).
The rest is almost for free now.

Might be an idea to write posts in non-broken English that are longer than 2 lines

Like Zerohour said Alchemy and Enchanting are currently the best options.

You want to go for Transmute spec (if you don't have all three specs yet, go check the Undermine Journal to see if potions and flasks are profitable, if they are, you might check the waters and try out elixer and potion spec). You are going to use the extra alchemists for the cooldown, the most common use currently is Living Steel, which supplies your Blacksmith with materials for Belt Buckles and Epic gear.

The Enchanters are to supply your main Enchanter. This should only be done if you have the MoP reputation enchants on one of your Enchanters, as you are going to use these Enchanters to produce cheap Sha Crystals. Check the prices for these enchants to see if this is worth it.

Inscription currently isn't a good option in my opinion, the price of cards, decks and trinkets have dropped alot since the first faire and are barely worth it, but you'll have to check your own prices. I've personally stopped doing this, as I felt that milling for this just wasn't worth it and I'm going to switch my Scribes out for Enchanters if I ever get my main Enchanter to lvl 90 and get the reputations done.

So you'll have to choose 2 of Enchanting, Inscription or Alchemy. As all three are cooldown professions, you'll have to check which cooldown is the most profitable and check how stable the prices are of that Cooldown, you don't want to pick a cooldown that turns out to be the worst in three days, just because it looked great at the moment you checked.

It really depends on what your market is like on your server. Where I am I still do my daily inscription cooldown and plan to make cards and get trinkets for upcoming fair. My cost to make a trinket is about 3200g right now and the cheapest trinket sells for about a net of 9000g with the others between 11k and 15k. I am assuming at next fair those prices are halved so inscription is still profitable for me. I actually just made my own monk a scribe and alchemist. But I have a lot of scribes so scale helps me. I also don't have an enchanter with the gated MoP enchants so maybe I would feel differently if I did.

If you don't already have the scribe, it may be worth it just to have access to it. But like I said, if you want 2 professions you can fire and forget, here you go. I spend a total of 1 minute per day on these characters with both professions on them. Blow CDs, log out. Scribes have similar opportunity but it's a maintenance profession requiring you to do some milling.
