Vendoring shoulder enchants - bannable offense?

During the past weeks I have been constantly buying all herbs below 30g / stack and processed it all to Starlight Ink/Ink of Dreams.
Today I wanted to start making the IoD into shoulder enchants to vendor them, when I, while making ink, stumbled across this post in the German CS forums, regarding a "ban - wave" someone thought they had noticed.

    http://eu.battle.net/wow/de/forum/topic/5967567241 (German)

    One comment says:

Primär scheint es außerdem nur Kräuterfarmer (bzw. Weiterverarbeitung über Inschriftenkunde zu Schulterverzauberungen) getroffen zu haben, wenn man die Berichte durchschaut.
    Which basically says:
"If you look through the reports, it primarily seems to have hit herbalists (or rather the processing via Inscription to shoulder enchants (and vendoring them, I guess))."
    (Underlined thought is from me)

Anyone has any insight in this? I never botted, even never bought herbs from a toon, only off the AH, but now I am a bit hesitant to make shoulder enchants from almost 10 banktabs of IoD and vendoring them :S
Your thoughts on that are very much appreciated!
If you find me using way too much commas when writing English, don't worry! I compensate that by using not enough when writing German! Typos are by design to entertain the audience.

I don't see the difference between this and censoring jewelry from JC. They were probably banned because they were botting, but instead of selling their herbs through the AH, they decided it would be easier jut to craft the shoulder enchants to vendor. In other words, it's just a new trend for botters to get their gold quicker.

If you're not botting, then you're doing everything legitimately as far as I can tell.

The only way I could possibly see them banning someone for this was if they could prove the person knowingly was buying herbs in bulk from a bot.

Back in Cata the JC shuffle was profitable for quite a long time just by cutting and vendoring green gems. Blizzard didn't like all the gold it introduced into the economy and nerfed it eventually, but I never heard of them banning anyone just for taking advantage of a floor price. I wouldn't worry about it, OP.

Sadly enough, Blizzard hates gold makers being smarter than them. Finding such obvious ways to make gold that they didn't think of, i.e. vendoring shoulder enchants.

As the others have mentioned about, a lot of this is related to bot activity because it's something that can be 100% automated. The farming, the crafting, vendoring, the logging off for 6 hours to "sleep" and repeating the entire process again. Unfortunately there WILL have been a lot of legit players who got hit by this as well just because they did the same except by hand, or bought cheap herbs from the AH which could have been from a person or a bot.

Yeah, that is what I am concerned about. Oh well, I guess I'll have to take the chance on this, there is simply no other reasonable way to get rid of that many inks. (Already doing glyphs and some enchants on the AH but they move way too slow)

Easy response is they want their money as much as we want our gold. I intend to vendor these by the thousands. It's actually good for the economy because it's taking out the materials that are below what blizzard has obviously deemed them to be worth.

I also feel that this is from people who are botting and then doing this.

    These are most likely botters.
I saw a thread on Ownedcore.com which was exactly about this. Said something like: "How to use honorbuddy and not flood your ah with herbs".

Those botters just wanted a more steady income, milled all their herbs, made shoulder enchants, aaaaand got caught by blizzard. It's no surprise, blizzard is roaming that forum.
