    Adamantite

I have a huge supply of Adamantite. Most of it is ore but I have some bars as well. What are some good uses for this? Ore sells for around 35 gold a stack and the bars for 70 gold a stack. I have considered just AHing it all or making and .

Well if you have a JC and depending on how gems do on your server you can make some gold prospecting it. A stack of the dust goes for like 275g on my server. Golden Draenite can sell for quite a bit and I know a lot of folks with enchanters like to turn the Golden Draenite and red gems (cant remember the name) into rings and then disenchant, BC enchanting mats can be a gold mine on some servers. I would make a few rods depending on how stiff the competition is on your server for them.

I had a couple adamantite frames and they took forever to sell. I wouldn't advice those.

Suggest just making a few rods (small number of goblin/worgen enchanters and folks re-professioneering) and AH the ores for jewelcrafters to prospect or blacksmith to craft.
Frame are for engineers only and power level guides require only a few. The engineering vendor in Area 52 neutral hub sells frames and other engineering items.
Bars are for blacksmith almost exclusively, but blacksmiths usually have mining/smelting skill as well.

Keep your ores as is to keep it sellable.

Use some to make rods and keep the ore for Cataclysm. Await inflation and sell it in a few weeks/months for a nice profit. This is a speculative approach of course, but it's what I'm doing.

I would create a small supply of rods. They always sell, will skyrocket in Cata, and are consistently profitable.

I just created 20 Adamantite rods this morning, put a few up on the ah and none have sold so far, oh well if they don't sell as you say, they will sell in Cataclysm. It's nice to have small threads like these to remind you of all the items that you can make nice small profits from like Adamantite rods. Thinking out of the box

I sell a couple of each rod per day - arcanite - fel iron - adamantite - eternium and titanium. I don't really bother with the others - perhaps I should...

Your rods will sell guaranteed - they just don't sell consistently. You might sell several tomorrow and then none for a day or two.

Yeah, I've decided tomorrow I'm going to go through my profession lists on all my characters and create a spreadsheet of all profession items I should be trying to consistently make. I end up simply forgetting about certain things (like transmutes etc).

Going to create a list where in the morning I logon > /auc getall > snatch search > check prices of raw materials for each of the prof items that I want to make and decide if it will be profitable / worth it or not.

I'd be very interested to hear how you get on with that Sin. I wonder if you'll rediscover any forgotten gems? I'm the same as you - I forget all of the different things I could be doing and remember weeks later.
