    New Relics are now BoE

Most people probably figured that they would be, but just noticed on MMO-Champion.

Yea, I figured Blizzard would make them BOE... there would be too much QQ'ing if they left them BoP. This gives Inscription another money stream (like it needs more )

I honestly didn't even realize they were ever BoP - an oversight, I'm sure. It wouldn't have made any sense. I was actually operating under the impression that I would be able to start pumping them out much the same way I have been with Bloodied sets, so I guess my blind assumptions paid off.

In hindsight, if anyone had told me they were BoP, I think I would have argued they would be changed before going live anyway.

I am hoping these sell well. Glyphs are selling like crap on my server now and I would like to use my inscription for a bit more than just Fortune Cards.

I automatically assumed they were boE without even checking as well as it would seem extremely pointless to add them for scribes only, especially with all the other BoE crafting gear that other professions are getting and on top of that they are filling one of the few remaining craft-able PvP item slots.

They changed the JC rings/neck and the LW/Tailoring cloaks too! Awesome. I imagine an absolute fortune will be made off of those the first few days of the new arena season.

Well, even the legendary staff was BoE until the most recent change. A bunch of the PTR items made no sense and the most recent patch fixed all that.

Hooray for Inscription getting gold-making buffs!

I agree with MrBlah. Relics are only 700 conquest(365ilevel) / valor(359ilevel) -points so I don't think many people will buy these, only ones who want to gear QUICK without caring how much it costs.

The current Inscription made Relics are not great sellers on my server either. The iLvl being too low to really help with gearing for heroics doesn't help things. In most casts, I see the relics sell for the cost of mats, if not less than mats cost sometimes.

With 4.2 though, I see the 3 new PvP relics selling decently, due to them being iLvl 358. One, there will be people who buy them for heroic dungeon gearing. Two, obviously some people will buy them for PvP content in general. The mats are reasonable, much more so than the existing crafted relic mats are. Just having some Volatile Life and Volatile Water saved up for 4.2 will allow us to get some made and sell right from the start (that is, if they are learned from a trainer or acquired via turning in ink or something, like the other crafting professions).

Like all the new iLvl 358 PvP gear coming in 4.2, this will be another profit stream for Inscription.
