    Primal Might

Remember , from TBC? I'm discovering a small but lucrative market on my server. Primal Might is required to make s, which are necessary for the Enchanting grind. They're transmuted from one each of Primal Air, Earth, Fire, Water, and Mana. My girlfriend was leveling her Enchanter this week and discovered that Primal Mights were listing for 200-400g each on the AH. She sent my Alchemist the mats, which cost her a grand total of 178g. I transmuted and procced x2. She used one, and sold the other for 390g in a few hours.

Have a look at Primal and Mote prices on your server (10 Motes = 1 Primal). Air and Mana are the rare ones. See if you can pick up the materials when prices are low, then transmute and keep a Primal Might listed at all times. If you have alts leveling in TBC, spend some time in the elemental fields in Nagrand and farm up some motes yourself.

Best part: Transmute: Primal Might is not on the transmutation cooldown
Tichondrius (Horde): Member of The Basin
Rokk (85 Hunter): Main, dual-gatherer, profiteer, honorary Goblin

It's also needed for Transmute Mastery, if people don't want to run the instances for Pot or Elixir Mastery instead.

One word of caution: Transmute Primal X to Y is still on a cooldown, when last I checked. So if you're planning on focusing on Mights, don't load up on Primal Earth with the intention of transmuting to the other Primals in bulk.

TUJ info as of this moment is telling me that Mights are selling near mats cost (pre-proc) on my server; which really means that Air and Mana are very high right now (108g and 65g respectively; Mights are up for ~250g. Fires are ~42g each; Earth ~2g)

I found this market on my server as well, but Airs are almost always sold out and manas are rather high. I have several dozen of the other primals but can't keep airs or mana in stock. It is an easy sale when they show up on the snatch list.

Wow. I just did math on my own numbers there. I'm bitching about a 40g profit, when I'm selling Netherweave bags at 8g profit without blinking. I need to slap myself.

I don't mean to single you out, but every time I hear somebody gushing over the profits to be made in NW bags, I close my eyes and imagine slapping a clown in the face while slowly counting to ten. It works for me - most of the time. NW Bags are a huge time sink for me, and I've dropped out of the market. They sell in volume, but they don't stack, see a lot of competition, require processing cloth to bolts, aren't always profitable, and have a cast time that's just ridiculous for crafting.

I find to be a better use of my netherweave cloth. You still have to process bolts, they don't stack, and you have to DE them, but the mats you get do stack and get you much more profit than bags

/afk craft all.. send to alt and post once a day. Sure there are always better ways to make more gold, but its the consistency in the little things that add up over time.

I agree with Aeg. Also, when I was in the Netherweave market (I stockpiled mats pre-Cataclysm, 6+ bank tabs full of it), I contracted out the bag creation. So I removed all of my crafting time (gave it to someone else), and paid them 1g/bag which they gladly accepted. I took a break from the bag market, but I will attest that /afk crafting works, AND, I have always been a HUGE fan of outsourcing the time consuming aspects of my businesses.

My total gold revenue was slightly less, but my GPH skyrocketed. IN other words, find someone else to do the WORK for you, pay them a fair value for their time, and get rich. That's how Carnegie, Rockefeller, and all the big moguls did it. And that's how we do it!!! LOL - just thought of all of that and wanted to throw it in there.

At the risk of derailing things further, I agree with you. I am definitely not trumpeting from the cliffs about NW bags, and in fact they are slowly dropping about 1-2g per week in selling price so I'm not going to stay in the market much longer. I've already burned through my backstock of cloth so I'm fine with what I'm getting right now. Plus it gives me something to do with an unused alt until I can get it leveled to 75.

In fact, my sentence above was more about the fact that my profits on the bags are relatively thin, when compared to items such as Primal Might, and I should probably move out of the market soon.

    So, I don't take offense.

On my server mats are above end result cost.... but

if you're not opposed to farming the expensive ones, buy the rest and you can make more money per hour than many other endeavors.... especially considering how cheap alchemy is to level. This is a very lucrative money maker for someone new to making money.
