I would strongly advise you stay away from any market that involves time investment. These include any form of shuffle, any market that requires constant posting/re-listing like glyphs, and any market that requires frequent farming or crafting in general.
In your situation, I would stick to gold making that involves flipping or camping rare vendor recipes. A strategically placed alt or two can let you reap the benefits of limited quantity or overlooked vendor items and simply mail them to an auction listing mule.
Flipping items, especially transmog items, can be extremely profitable, although a bit slower. But this method probably best suits your play style. Using an addon like TSM, you can set up a transmog vendor and spend about 10 minutes every 2 days listing auctions, which would reserve as much of your time as possible for other activities you would like to do such as questing, leveling, raiding, etc etc.
Also, keep an eye out for the materials for Embersilk Bags if you have a tailor. This is the one exception I would throw out as a quick and dirty profit maker. These are solid enough sellers and your server looks to potentially have a strong market for them.
