    Razzashi Hatchling not being removed

    http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/1015371776

If you currently have the Razzashi Hatchling item in your inventory, you'll still be able to learn the pet spell at a later point in time. It's not like the pet is disappearing completely; it's just no longer dropping from its usual home in Zul'Gurub.

In fact, I can confirm that the Razzashi Hatchling, being a clever and resilient little reptile, has already found a new home, and will be migrating there shortly after the shattering.
Now I'll probably dump one off if I can for a few thousand before the news spreads then save two in the hopes it remains hard to obtain in Cataclysm.

Im confused how is this changing anything? The only thing they said is that The pet will no longer be attainable with a chance of it being added back to the game at a later date.

And it seems the later date may be sooner than later... -_- lucky I only picked up 2 of these and should be able to sell them for at least what I got them for unless they make the pet easy to obtain. I could see this becoming a rare puzzle in Archeology. In which case the new ones would be BoA.. and if this is the case I wonder if ours we have stocked up will changed to BoA as well.
Not all treasure is silver and gold but it can be sold for silver, gold, and a little copper.

I Has Stuffs and you can too

Well Im sitting on 10 of them now. I really really hope they dont add them back to the game anytime soon. Im sure they will still sell for a few K but not the 10k+ I was guessing a few months after Cata.

Not quite accurate - they said, "has already found a new home, and will be migrating there shortly after the shattering." That's not a "chance", it's really happening. What this means is that the price will drop. The price went way up when people thought it was going away. Now that it's not, the price will fall.

Hopefully this is an opportunity. Average Joe who's been farming the raptors for months sees this post and panics and sells his raptors for 5% of what they were previously going for just to get some value out of them. Most of the raptors that have been farmed in the past few months hit the market at rock bottom prices. Many are bought and learned and the rest are bought by people like me who will gamble and hope that these are just as rare or rarer than they are now 6 months into Cataclysm (I don't see why they wouldn't be).

I'm not too confident in this part. Blizzard really seems to be half assing the reimplementation of things affected by cataclysm changes (e.g. [achievement]Insane in the Membrane[/achievement])

They will probably have a random nest somewhere in Stranglethorn. I'm going to try to sell off the 2 i farmed.
