    Lightbulb BC enchants

I am currently grinding some BC rep, so getting a lot of green BC items and DE them. I was selling the DE mats, but was thinking if I could instead do enchants for better profit. I have some rare BC recipes from running raids/dungeons.

From your experience - what are the BC enchants worth selling? And how many can I expect to sell?

(Just FYI I tried to sell the items without great success, most of the auctions expired without sales. I don't want to keep trying to sell since the fees are pretty big to list).

There are a few that sell. Mongoose is a good one, but that one comes out of Karazhan.

I have all the Karazhan ones - soloed it on my DK, took a lot of time to attune/make the key. And to get through the dungeon too.

with the lower maelstroms mongoose is probably finally retired. Windwalk is better in everyway. Unless your catering to twinks.

Lol. I just died next to the gate and rezzed on the other side. It saved a whole bunch of time. As far as the demand for mongoose - having just leveled through the 70's with a couple of characters, I can tell you that in the BG's, the brutal gladiator gear is especially popular. In fact, it would be quite rare to find a character without it. The gear will usually last most people until they start to replace it with Cata gear, so I think the demand will continue.

This would probably be a better place to ask this question.

however off the top of my head

    [enchant]Enchant Weapon - Executioner[/enchant]
    [enchant]Enchant 2H Weapon - Savagery[/enchant]
    [enchant]Enchant Cloak - Stealth[/enchant]

are ones that are selling well over mat costs, havnt made them in a while though so I cant speak on how fast they sell

I regularly sell mongooses for well over 500g. It's still quite a profitable little niche; you don't sell tons, but you do make some very nice profit on those you sell, sort of like crusader.

This is kind of embarrassing to admit, but I had no idea about how to monetize enchanting appropriately when I began investigating what crafts I should be actively working, and had considered it unprofitable to bother with due to people barking in trade for tips and selling scrolls below mat cost etc. It turns out that enchanting is extremely profitable, even to the extent that it is competitive or better than inscription in profits and certainly takes much less time to craft. I will add one proviso to this statement though, in that in order to really maximize and see a high level of return with enchanting it's necessary to collect as many formulas as possible, many of which require running old content repeatedly. Even without considering scrolls it's still very nice to have enchanting in your gold making repertoire for the various shuffles.

It's coz the enchant itself isn't categorised as an item, the scroll is though.
