Scanning for a list of specific items- which addon is best?

So stockpiling is almost over and stock selling is about to begin.

Can anyone recommend an addon that will provide me with a list of the prices for a particular list of items? Auctionlite does this but I'm not very fond of the way it displays the information and it's not very customisable. I'm not keen on using Auctioneer but am willing to be convinced.

What would be even better would be the facility to scan for a list of items and have the addon highlight those items that were selling above a particular preset price that I'd set. In a way, it's like the reverse of a snatch list in that I don't want to buy items low, but rather I want to be alerted when prices are high.

Personally i use auctionator for this. You can create shopping lists within it for easy searching.

I haven't used auctionlite but looking at screen shots of it on addon sites i would say auctionator is much better for what you want and probably in general.

I use auctionator and the problem that I have with it is that you can't create a list of items and scan them all at once. You have to go down the shopping list clicking them one by one and there's no summary page, unless I'm missing something. Auctionator is fantastic though - one of my favourite addons.

I already use Auction Snatch. It allows one to enter a list of items to snatch and it scans the AH for them one by one. You can click to purchase the items that it finds under your threshold price which you set as you go along. You can't input a price, but rather you can specify when an item is too expensive.

What I need is something which will present me with a summary page of the prices for a specific list of items. Thanks for trying to help though - I don't mean to sound ungrateful!

Since couple of versions ago you can just hit "Search all" while your shopping list is selected, much easier now.

EDIT: You were right fluffy! Thanks Turbare - this is exactly what I need! I need to keep my addons updated....

Hey, no worries, pity you can only have a maximum of 50 items per shopping list.

Yes. I tried a workaround though. I thought that since you can add shopping within a list, you might be able to create a list of shopping lists and scan for everything, if you see what I mean.

Alas, it won't work. Still - 50 items is enough to create several lists for each type of material, so I've got a list for herbs, ores etc and it will do the job.

I still like the Auctioneer Snatch feature. The PCT sort is invaluable and you can save as many different searches as you want. I use 1 search for a general cheap trade mat snatch. I use another for niche items and one to monitor certain glyph prices (helps me with posting). I use a 4th for rare stuff and recipies.
