Thread: Addon/macro to nuke annoying mailbox confirmation popups

Sorry if this has been posted before, but a rudimentary google and search on the forums has returned nothing.

I am currently being annoyed by the popups that have been added at some point to the mailbox that force you to click every single mail you send that you are sure you want to mail these items

I have a screenshot here - http://imgur.com/a/K1lep - of the thing I wish to nuke. It wouldnt be so bad if it remembered the fact that I am actually trying to mail an alt on a connected realmset, but it doesnt, and it comes up on EVERY single attempt to mail, even if there has been no relog or reloadui.

It makes it difficult when running instances and farming mats to mail to the banker when theres often multiple mails to send to another realm (in this case from Trollbane EU to Sunstrider EU)

Tried this, still get the same annoying popup demanding I confirm with each and every mail. Can't quite understand why something so annoying would be implimented in game.

That's weird. I've added them to the list of friends and it stopped.

Are you sure you added the character and not the btag?

To clarify, both characters are on my account, just on different realms that are connected. They could join the same guild (Trollbane and Sunstrider are both connected realms in the EU, along with a fair few others). I haven't actually tested whether the prompt comes up when mailing BOA items, however I do know that it is most definately there when mailing greens, cloth, gold and other stuff.

It works great when they are on the same server, I havent had to add any of my alts to friends that are on Sunstrider, the game just knows not to harass me with the stupid popup. However, when its same account but diff servers, its pop-up central.

It's a minor annoyance, okay fairly major for me as I've stopped actively using the Trollbane alt's just now as I cant stand the popup harassment, but ideally it would be great if this "feature" at least recognised the fact that you are mailing your own characters, just like it does when it allows you to mail BoA items (pet charms, pet bandages and such).

I have 2 active accounts & this pop-up happens constantly with all mail that is sent to another realm, even connected realms, same guild or not, same account or not, even sending BoA's usually gives me the PITA pop-up.
They are all added individually to each others friends lists & it still makes little difference.
Most annoying when sending multiple mailings in a row to the same recipient & having the pop-up on every single one.
